SweetFlow is a custom keyboard app published by SAVOK AI, Inc. (a California corporation, Entity B20260188410). This policy explains what SweetFlow does with the text you type when you use its AI features.

What we collect

Text you select for AI transformation only. When you tap "Translate", "Tone Changer", "Check Grammar", or any other AI button, the text you selected is sent over an encrypted connection to our servers (api.sweetflow.app), and from there to our AI provider (NVIDIA NIM, model Kimi-K2.5).

We do NOT collect your typing. SweetFlow does not record keystrokes. It only sees text when you explicitly tap an AI button.

We do NOT collect personal information. No email, no contacts, no location. If you sign in to manage your subscription, we store your Apple-issued user ID and your subscription state — nothing else.

How long we keep it

Transformed text is processed in real time and discarded after the response is returned. We may keep a one-day cache of common translations to make the app faster — keyed by a one-way hash, never linked to your identity.

Who we share with

Our AI providers (NVIDIA NIM, with Groq as a backup) process the text under their own privacy terms. Apple processes your subscription via the App Store. Cloudflare delivers our network traffic. RevenueCat manages our subscription billing. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Full Access

iOS asks you to "Allow Full Access" before SweetFlow can send text to our servers. Without Full Access, the keyboard works for typing but AI features are disabled. You can toggle Full Access on or off any time in Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → SweetFlow.

Children

SweetFlow is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
